Gentlemen, welcome to 2026 Arise men's camp. PRAISE THE LORD. SHOUT TO JESUS. HALLELUJAH. AMEN. It It is good to be in the house of God tonight. Amen. It is good to be surrounded by all my brothers. Amen. It is just a good feeling when you know that there's there's nothing that you got to you got to you can just be

yourself on every angle here tonight. Amen. And I I tell you what that God's got something for every single one of you that's going to change generations in your family. Amen. Your your grandkids's grandkids are going to be changed because of the things that you allow God to do in your heart tonight. Amen. And your heart tomorrow and on Saturday and then what you do on Sunday when you get back. Amen. Amen. Praise the Lord.

Glory to God. Glory to God. Got a got a couple announcements. Um dress code quickly going to cover it. Um nobody's in shorts it looks like. So we're good. But we have a we have a camp rule that there is no shorts on the campground and no cut off shirts. All right. Um that's just part of the camp rules. It's not because we don't, you know, that we'll just leave it at that.

We have several uh men's knives um that we are we're giving for any money that for anyone that donates uh $200 to men's ministry. This is helping us continue to reach men across Wisconsin. And as a token of your gratitude and of your donation, we're handing out some amazing knives that are engraved with Wisconsin Men's Ministry. They're awesome. They got a logo on it. I didn't have it with me, but it's it's it's awesome. And if you just want to

donate, like, we would appreciate that, too. Amen. If God puts that on your heart, go ahead and throw it in. Amen. Uh, Brother Parker has books set up on the side over here. Praise the Lord. At some point in time, that man has got some some words for every single man. There is a book for you on whatever it

is that you might be going through or whatever you're going to be searching for because he's got he's got Jesus talking through them. Amen. Amen. And if anybody is is a little bit famished, we got water on the sides and coolers there for anybody who wants some. There's ice in there. It's it's all it's all good. There is one change to the excursions and it is completely my fault. I did not put on the the pickle ball in its own column, but we are having pickle ball as an excursion um here in um Shauno. There's

some awesome courts that we have set up. So, if anybody wants to play pickle ball, um, that will be part of the I don't have the address with me, but we'll we'll provide that to you tomorrow when they when everybody groups up. Okay. After service tonight, I'd invite everyone over to the canteen. We're going to have a a fire roasting. We're going to hand out some some Italian ices, which are amazing. That's what's left over uh from from the camps this year. And uh they're they're free

for everybody that that would like some. And uh tomorrow night, whatever's left of the ice cream, we're gonna have some ice cream. Amen. Amen. Ice cream's great. Ice cream is amazing. I have one ask for every man in here tonight and for this whole this whole entire camp is we're going to have some fun, right? We're we're going to we're going to have some excursions. We're going to have some fireside chats. We're

we're going to have some fun no matter what. Okay. But what I really want everyone to do is really just lean into the spirit in every way that you possibly can because I can tell you right now that that the spirit is here for you. The spirit is inside of you and the spirit wants to just make you whole on every area of your life. Just bring it to God tonight. Bring it to God tomorrow. And just understand that that's the number one reason we're here out of all the things that we're going to do. That's the number one reason.

Amen. Dear Jesus, I just come to you tonight, Lord. Jesus, I just pray that you just touch every single man here, Lord. I just pray, God, that you help us to just keep our hearts open, keep our minds open and ready to receive everything that you have for us, Jesus. I pray, God, that you lift up every speaker that speaks tonight. Lord, every speaker that speaks tomorrow, Lord, help us to have fellowship and every interaction. Lord, that just glorifies you. Lord, I just thank you, God, for being here. Lord, I thank you, God, for everyone that's traveled here far and

those that traveled close. I pray that you bless everyone, Lord. In Jesus name I pray, and all the men said, "Amen." Man, I've got a question for you tonight. Does anyone here have a testimony? Has God done something in your life that you're willing to say, "God changed it. God took me out of that sin. God delivered me." In the book of John chapter 9, we see a

man that was blind from birth and Jesus healed him. And there's all of the sudden these questions that start to arise about is this should this have happened? And they begin to ask this man some theological questions. And he says, "I I don't I don't know. I don't Here. Here's what I know. I was blind AND NOW I CAN SEE. THAT'S WHAT I KNOW." And so I want to encourage you here at this men's camp from the first service.

You may be here and you have been born and raised going to an apostolic church and you know the drill. You understand the oneness of God. You understand why you were baptized in Jesus name. you understand all the things. You might be here tonight and this is your first time in an apostolic setting. If that's the case, buckle up. It's about to be a crazy ride. But you may be here tonight and you're new in your faith journey. Here's what I want to tell everyone in the room. You don't have to have it all

figured out. But here's what you can know for certain. I was blind and now I see. I was trapped in sin and God delivered me. Jesus encountered me, chose me, changed me, delivered me, and I don't have all of the answers, but here I am today only because of the grace of God. CAN WE JUST RESPOND RIGHT AWAY TO THE PRESENCE of Jesus right now? Hallelujah.

Hallelujah. Woo! God, we worship you tonight. Hallelujah. W. Oh yes. Go. I was buried beneath my shame. Who could car that kind of weight?

It was my tomb till I met you. Is that your story tonight? I was breathing but not alive. And all my failures I tried to hide. Oh, it was my truth. Oh yes. Till I met you.

Oh, what a day you call my name. HERE WE GO. AND I RAN OUT OF that grave. Oh, hey. Out of the darkness into your glorious day. You call my name and I out of the darkness into your

He is so sincere. He loves the Lord. He's sensitive to the Holy Ghost. this

position that he carries. There is no financial renumeration. There's no compensation. Uh he carries this weight all year round for one reason, one reason only. and I'll let go in a minute. I just I got to hold back for just a moment. I am so grateful. I love the men of Wisconsin. I love the state of Wisconsin. I love the district. I love the leadership of Wisconsin. I love the people of Wisconsin and I ain't mad that God called me to Wisconsin.

Amen. For those that don't know, I did marry a local girl. She's from Clover. It's local enough. And uh I took her to Texas for 25 years. And believe it or not, she's more country than I am. I I when the Lord I'll give you a little bit more detail, but when the Lord had called us to Texas, I told the Lord. I

said, "God, if you ever want me back in Wisconsin, all you got to do is say the word." 25 years later, he said the word. And or maybe he said it sooner, and I just was too ignorant to hear him. I don't know. That happened before, too. So, amen. What an what a what a powerful presence of God that's in this place. What a powerful anointing that's in the house of the Lord today. I believe

with every bit of my being that there are some men in the state of Wisconsin that are about to arise and take every single solitary thing that God ever promised you. I got a feeling that there's some men in the state of Wisconsin that are about to arise and take promises that was spoken to your daddy. Maybe your daddy didn't do it, but I got

a feeling there's some men that are about to get up and say, "My daddy didn't do it and my granddaddy didn't do it, but I'm about to get up because the word of God will not come back void." The devil can't. He can kill people, but he can't kill promises. And he can't steal generations. And if God's got to wait generations, God will wait generations. But he'll raise up a MAN AND HE'LL RAISE UP A WARRIOR. AND HE'LL RAISE UP SOMEBODY THAT SAYS, "IT'S MY TIME AND IT'S MY DAY AND IT'S MY HOUR.

AND IF THEY WON'T DO IT, I'LL RAISE UP AND I'LL DO WHAT GOD'S CALLED ME TO DO." I believe we're going to leave here this weekend. I I love Brother Wade. I love Brother Wade with all of my heart. I believe we're going to leave here this weekend. There going to be some men that are different, that are better. I believe we're going to have some men leave here with a renewed call on your life. Believe we're going to have some men that are going to leave here that are

ready to arise and take what God has promised them in Jesus name. Why don't you be seated for just a moment? I I promise you that I intend to be respectful of your time. Uh I'm somewhere caught between being nervous and just being just I told somebody I went to preach somewhere and and I told them I'm like, "Listen, I don't mean to brag. I'm not braggadocious at all. Try to be humble,

but but y'all need to know I got some initials attached to my name. That's right. I got some initials attached. It ain't PhD. It ain't doctor DR. It's more along the lines of ADHD or ADD or I don't even know. Probably some that ain't even been diagnosed yet. But so I ain't no telling what's going to happen here tonight. But I can promise you when Brother Bobby Wade takes his pull pit, he's going to bring a word from God. He's going to lead us somewhere in the

Holy Ghost. So, I'm here tonight just to simply do my best to set the stage. God spoke a word to me uh last year and I tried to get cute and and work my way out of it, but God is greater. Amen. But before I do that, I want to give honor to Bishop Booker and our district board. Do you love these men?

We'll only go as far as our leadership takes us that I'm grateful that we have men that are dedicated to the work of God. I want to take a moment. My home church in West Alice having church tonight without me. I want to honor them allowing me for them to sacrifice and allowing me to operate not only here tonight but in the men's ministry. I give honor to Cornerstone. I give honor tonight. We'll introduce them later, but I want to give honor to the men's team. God has is they're spread out through here, but God has has put some people in

place, some key uh individuals who uh bring real value to the men's ministry team, and so I'm grateful for them. I'd be remiss if I didn't give honor to my pastor tonight. Uh he's not in this building. He's out in somewhere preaching. I forget. He told me. Uh he's out preaching Arizona. He's preaching camp in Arizona. Uh uh I I love my pastor and I'd be nowhere without my pastor. I'll say that again. I'd be nowhere

without my pastor. I would be somewhere. I'd be lost as a goof. without that man of God in my life. My home church, Silsby, Texas. Again, I will say I would not even be here tonight had those people not loved me, supported me, preached with me, picked me up from time to time. Amen. We went to the hospital to pray for a sweet elder lady in our church, Sister May Lavisphere. Couple of us young

preachers, you know, we're we're it, man. And she prayed us all through to the Holy Ghost. Again, uh I I would be remissed if I didn't give honor to my wife uh who helped most of you get registered today. She has been working. I I'll just tell you, as crazy as it might get sometimes, you don't just Let's thank God that God gave me a good wife. Amen.

But I want to honor you men. I want to honor the men of Wisconsin. I want to honor you for taking the time to be here, for making the sacrifice to be here. I know this is the last camp of the seasons and I know it gets tough. You only got so much time, so much f Thank you for I honor you. Would you give yourselves a hand tonight? I honor brother Tom Manui.

We will uh we will hear from him a little bit later uh this weekend. He is the Iowa men's ministries director. Um and he's becoming a great friend and I appreciate his support very very much. Jesus name. Why don't we just get into it? Why don't you stand with me for the reading of God's word? We are going to turn in our Bibles to the book of Second Timothy, chapter

number two, verse number two. It's going to keep it elementary for us. Amen. If you came expecting a deep revelatory word, uh, sorry, welcome to third grade. But I tell you, you can find some deep revelatory moves of God in the elementary. We We don't got to complicate this too much. Amen. God's pretty good at being God. Amen. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy chapter number two and verse number two, "And

the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men who shall be able to teach others also." Jesus, I ask you, Lord, for your anointing, your power, your demonstration. God, we are not here to ask anything tonight, God, of you that you cannot do. God, you can heal bodies. You can restore ministries. You can save the

lost. God, we're here at your will. We're here at your favor, Lord. God, I ask you to bless in Jesus name. God bless you. If you high five your neighbor, you can be seated. Now, because I'm full of mercy, I didn't have you stand for the entire portion of scripture I'm going to read, but simply because everybody might not be on the same page. I I I'm I'm going to read

very quickly, though, uh to to try to get us where we need to go. The book of Matthew, chapter number 25, beginning at verse number 13. And the Bible tells us a very familiar portion of scripture. We've all preached out of it and we've heard it preached. The Bible says, "Watch it therefore, for you know not neither the day nor nor the hour wherein the Son of Man cometh. For the kingdom of heaven is as a man traveling into a far country, who has called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one. To

every man." Somebody say that. To every man. Every man. according to his several ability, and straight away took his journey. Then that then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made other five talents. And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two. But he that had received one, went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money. After a long time, the Lord of those servants cometh, and he reckonth

with them. And and so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliverest unto me five talents. Behold, I have gained beside them five more talents. And his lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant, for thou hast been faithful over few things. I will make thee ruler over many things. Enter thou into the joy of the Lord. Now, I'm going to stop right there. We understand God's going to give us our

just reward in heaven. But could I just present something here to this place tonight that maybe God is I don't want to get ahead of myself preaching, but maybe God is also saying when you start doing what you're supposed to be doing, you'll stop being depressed into the See, you can't find joy. I got you got to enter into the joy of the Lord. He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou delivers under me two talents. Behold, I have gained

two other talents beside them. His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant. Thou has been faithful over a few things. I will make thee ruler over many things. Enter thou into the joy of the Lord. Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man. reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not stro. And I was afraid, and I went and hid thy talent in the

earth. And lo, there thou hast that is thine. And his lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant. You knew that I reap where I sow not. You knew that I gather where I have not stown. Thou oughtest there ha thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers. And then at my coming I should have received mine own with

usery. Take therefore the talent from him and give it unto him that which hath 10 talents. For unto everyone that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance. But from him that hath not shall be taken away, even that which he hath, and cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness, and there shall be weeping and nashing

of teeth. Now, we've all heard that and we could preach it so many different ways here tonight, but I want us tonight for the sake of the message that I'll bring to you for your hearing tonight, I want us to focus on verse number 18. It says, "But he that had received one went and digged in the earth and hid his large money." This particular servant in fear

went and digged a hole and buried that which was given to him that which was invested in to him that which was entrusted to his care. It's my in intention tonight to preach to you from this thought. Invest. Simple message to the men of Wisconsin tonight. Invest. It's time for all of us to invest in what God has called us to do. Amen.

I there's so many things that I want to bring out here, but I I've got to be careful and get us to where we're going to go here. In order for us today to fully understand what what I'm going to endeavor to bring to us, we've got to first kind of take a look at the overall message of this parable. The master of course invest into his servants fully expecting a return on his investment. We know the five had five and he received joy. The two made two,

he received joy. The one received zero, he was cast into outer darkness. The investment. Now, now understand these were men that God chose. These were men that God knew he could do something with them. They had taken little before and they had been good stewards of little. So the the master is going away and he says I am going to invest in these men and allow these men to go and make usery of what I have given them. So these are men that are

trusted already. The investment however that was made to the slospel servant was taken uh uh uh and given uh from him when he when he just hid it. was taken and given from him and it was given to the one that was proven. Amen. This of course was a parable that was spoken by Jesus concerning the return of Christ for his church. Anybody know that God's getting ready to come back soon? If we're going to invest, today is the day. If we're going to work, we've got

to work while the hour is yet with us. Amen. There was a parable of the return of Christ, the man on the long journey civilizing Jesus and his coming again for his church. The talent represented all that has been given to his people to his servants. I find it now this is the way my brain works. I find it quite interesting that Jesus chose to use talents in this parable over any other denomination of currency of the day. God could have said anything, but he said

talents. We we've got to understand there's nothing in the word of God that's not there on purpose. Every word that is there, God put there with intentionality. God could have gave him shekels or God could have gave him penny worth or God could have gave him anything that he could wanted to give them. But but what's the difference, right? Well, the talent, you have to understand, was the largest weight among the Hebrew nation at that time. The talent contained three.

Now, there's some discrepancy. There's some uh but but essentially history teaches us that the talent contained 300 or 30,000 shekels with a shekele estimated at 10 penny worth of weight. The talent if you would understand would be equal one talent would be equal to about roughly 93 pounds.

The talent wasn't just a little something something that the Lord said, "Here and go work with." So, so I want to stand up for the scared man a little bit. He got 93 pounds worth of currency. That's a lot. That would make anybody become afraid. To stand in a in a congregation like this would make a normal man afraid a little bit. The difference is what are we going to do with the fear that WE FEEL? GOD DID THAT

ON PURPOSE. IT WASN'T on an accident that God said give them talents. It wasn't an accident. God God wanted his people, you and I, to recognize the weight of what God has placed on us. The weight of what God HAS G WHAT GOD HAS TRUSTED you with. GOD DIDN'T JUST TRUST YOU WITH SOME little old something THAT NOBODY WANTS. GOD DIDN'T GIVE YOU A little old something that EVERYBODY ELSE

CAST ASIDE. GOD GAVE YOU THE POWER AND THE DEMONSTRATION OF THE HOLY GHOST. GOD SAID, "I'LL NOT LEAVE YOU COMFORTLESS, BUT I'LL SEND THE COMFORTER IN MY NAME, AND I'LL FILL YOU WITH THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST." BROTHERS AND SISTERS, WHAT WE HAVE IN THE POWER OF GOD, IT'S ANGELS THAT TRY DESIRE TO LOOK INTO IT. BUT GOD SAID, "I'LL GIVE IT TO YOU." GOD SAID, "I'LL INVEST IT IN YOU." GOD SAID, "I'LL POUR IT INTO

YOUR SPIRIT." GOD GAVE US THE GREATEST GIFT THAT'S EVER BEEN GIVEN to men. You've got to understand, NOT ONLY WAS IT 93 LBS, the talent in this day was estimated to be equal TO 6,000 days of the normal man's salary. THE SHEKELE HAD THE VALUE OF THE AVERAGE WORKINGASS MAN OF THAT DAY OF 20 years

of his salary. This wasn't a quarter. God flipped to him and said, "Here, go make me some money." 20. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE WHY THAT MAN FELT WHAT HE FELT? THE ORDINARY MAN WAS GOING TO HAVE TO WORK 20 YEARS OF HIS LIFE to get what God Oh, God of heaven. 20 YEARS OF HIS LIFE TO GET WHAT GOD WAS

ABOUT TO GIVE HIM. OH, somebody hear me now. WE GOT DENOMINATIONS UH THAT HAVE BEEN SEARCHING UH SINCE THE DAY OF PENTECOST TRYING TO FIND WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN TO ME AND YOU. WE GOT DENOMINATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE. WE GOT MEN AND WOMEN IN THIS WORLD THAT BEEN SEARCHING BOTTLES AND DRUG HOUSES AND ELICIT AFFAIRS TO FIND WHAT GOD GAVE ME AND YOU. GOD GAVE US THE HOLY GHOST. GOD GAVE US THE POWER OF

HIS SPIRIT. GOD SAID, "I LOVE YOU ENOUGH. I'LL COME AND LIVE INSIDE OF YOU. I DIDN'T DESERVE IT. BUT GOD GAVE IT ANYWAY." OH, I WANT SOMEBODY to know I got to go. Amen. So you can see, you can be seated. So you can see that by Jesus choosing to use the denomination OF A TALENT THAT HE IS INFERRING THAT THAT THESE SERVANTS WERE ENTRUSTED WITH THE

UTMOST utmost available to be put in their care. Brother Stone, would you come and help me for a second? Can can we take an intermission? Just just tell your buddies God loved you enough to give you the Holy Ghost. Look look at somebody behind you. Say God loved you enough to give you the Holy Ghost.

Do you notice my walk changing some? Cuz n I ain't even got all of it in here. The backpack couldn't hold it cuz 93 lbs ain't no chump change. I won't tell somebody. It takes a man to hold up 93 lbs. If I fall, that don't mean I ain't a man. It means I'm tired. It takes a MAN WITH PURPOSE. IT TAKES A MAN that's got his mind made up. It takes a man that says, "OKAY, THAT MIGHT BE A LOT." NOW, I'm going to the stairs.

I'm not trying to make that step. It takes a man that SAYS, "OKAY, THAT'S WHAT GOD GAVE ME. I'M GOING TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO WITH IT. I'M TELLING YOU, THERE ARE SOME MEN that are going to LEAVE THIS PLACE. UH, and you're GOING TO LOAD UP, BACKPACK HOME, AND I'M GOING FOR IT. I'M DOING IT. I'M GIVING IT WHAT I GOT. I'M TIRED OF SITTING BACK. I'M TIRED OF WATCHING EVERYBODY ELSE DO IT. I'M TIRED OF WONDERING WHEN GOD'S GOING TO

MOVE IN MY CHURCH. WHEN YOU MOVE IN YOUR CHURCH, THAT'S WHEN GOD'S MOVING IN YOUR CHURCH. IT AIN'T YOUR PASTOR'S JOB. IT AIN'T YOUR PASTOR'S WIFE'S JOB. IT'S YOUR JOB TO START A MOVE OF GOD. IT AIN'T YOUR WIFE'S JOB. IT AIN'T YOUR KIDS' JOB. IT'S THE MEN OF GOD TO STAND UP AND SAY, "OKAY, GOD, I'm about to die.

Come on. Give me just a minute." This was no little bit of nothing that God was giving them. And yet we understand that this parable carries with it a greater consequences of just monetary concerns. What this parable carries is the weight not of shekels but of souls. Not of money but of people. Amen. I for one do not think that God looks uh at you and I and determines how MUCH TO INVEST BASED on what we ARE WHEN GOD

FINDS US. AMEN. BUT I BELIEVE that God looks and God SAYS, "OKAY, I CAN USE THEM. IF I IF THEY GET THE HOLY GHOST, THEY CAN BE USED." LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING. THE MAN YOU SEE STANDING HERE BEFORE you today wasn't always the man I am. I CAME FROM DRUG ADDICTION. UH I CAME FROM ALCOHOL ADDICTION. I'VE COME I WAS AN ADDICTIVE PERSONALITY. I'VE COME FROM ALMOST every addiction you CAN THINK OF. AMEN. BUT GOD SAID, "I CAN USE

SOMEBODY LIKE THAT." WE GOT PRISONERS, EXCONVICTS THAT ARE PASTORS IN THIS STATE. IF GOD CAN USE US, GOD CAN USE YOU. I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU COME FROM. I DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS DONE TO YOU. I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU DID, BUT GOD CAN USE YOU. IF YOU NEVER STAND BEHIND A PULL PIT, GOD CAN STILL USE YOU. YOU CAN LIFT UP THE PASTOR. YOU CAN LIFT UP THE PREACHER. AND YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

I doesn't say, "OKAY, BECAUSE BROTHER TOM MENU, HE'S GOT SO MANY TALENTS, I'M GOING TO USE HIM." GOD NOT LOOKING AROUND SAYING, "WELL, OKAY, HERE'S A 10 TALENT FELLA. I CAN USE HIM. HERE'S A TWO TALENT FELLA. I CAN USE HIM." You've only got one talent. THE BIBLE SAYS GOD gave them his treasure for the usery. All we've got to do is say, "Okay, God.

I ain't never done nothing like that before, but that's what you want me to do, God. I'll at least give it a try." Can I tell somebody in here? I I'd rather fail at trying to do something for God than to succeed at not doing anything for God. Call me a failure if you want to, BUT YOU BETTER CALL ME BRAVE ENOUGH TO TRY. CALL ME SOMEBODY THAT MESSED UP, DIDN'T DO IT PERFECT, BUT YOU BETTER ADD ON

THERE THAT AT LEAST HE HAD THE COURAGE TO TRY WHAT GOD WANTED HIM to do. God delivered to every man his own personal property, all that he possesses. When you got the Holy Ghost, you got all the goods of God. In other words, when you receive the Holy Ghost, you received everything that God had for you. Amen. You can't say that some are more talented. You can't say that some are more used. No, no, no, sir. That's the excuses of a lazy man. I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings, but I've been there. I'm talking to me. That's the excuses of a lazy man that says, "Well,

I if I had if I could sing like brother boy, y'all better thank God I can't sing like that cuz we'd be singing." Just so y'all know, I wasn't faking. Unto these servants was delivered

for their care the very talents of God. God found some people just like me and you. God found some people and said I can use them. C can I I'm pick on brother Christian here for a minute. Stand up for a minute. He's our section one men's rep. I love them all and they're all anointed. But I'm gonna tell you something. If Christian Falner, if he's gonna mess around and be used to God,

I'mma tell you that that that young man's gonna mess around, he's going to be used to God if he ain't careful. So, if you don't want to be used to God, you better be careful. But if you do want to be used to God, sometimes we throw caution to the wind. We don't do nothing foolish or or or sinful or or compromise, but we throw caution to the wind and say, "Okay, God, if that's what you want to do, let's give it a shot." Amen. And there's some men out here that are ready to arise and walk in what God has called them to. Amen.

Talents. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. We got to get We got to get where we're going. When we were given our talent, it was not meant for us to hold on to protect it and say, "This is mine." Brother Boy, I don't know where you at, sir, but you wasn't given that ability just to sit back and cut CDs and and watch the checks come in. There he is over there. You You wasn't given that gift, that talent, so you can sit back and watch I hope you get I hope your I

hope your gifting touches millions of people and you make millions of dollars, but that ain't why God gave it to you. I want to ask him. So, let me just move on because I got to go. You You probably got no idea how many hours he spent at a keyboard or an instrument learning how to sing and play and operate like that. How many hours he had to stand before a congregation to be able to lead like that.

See, we we can't we can't I'm trying. I'm I'm I'm going I'm trying. We we can't we can't look at somebody and say, "Well, they're just they're used to God because they're more talented than I am. They're just used to God because they got more natural ability than I got." You know how many sevenfooters don't play in the NBA? Want to know why those sevenfooters that are in there are? Cuz they walked around dribbling a basketball all day long.

because they put hours and sweat equity into their trade. They didn't get there because they were seven foot tall. Amen. Those those athletic freaks of nature still had to put the work in. My God. And that's just their body. We got the Holy Ghost. I don't got to be 7 foot tall. You see this man right here in the middle? That's Bishop Robert Johnson, missionary to Brazil and pastor of many churches. He wasn't about yay tall. BUT

OH BROTHERS AND SISTERS, THERE WASN'T ANOTHER MAN THAT WALKED LIKE BISHOP ROBERT JOHNSON DID. HE WALKED WITH POWER AND AUTHORITY AND TIME would I can't tell you all the stories that I've heard about that GREAT MAN OF GOD. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE TALENT. IT'S WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN. IT'S NOT ABOUT our own ability. It's about what God has given us. And what God's given us is not meant to be hidden in a hole, buried, and covered up where it doesn't reach anyone. God didn't deliver his

goods unto us for us to go hide them in a hole somewhere and say, "God, I really want to be you." But I'm I'm scared. I know all the big strong men in here like, "I ain't never said I'm scared." I I I went redneck on you right there. I ain't never been a scared to nothing. But why ain't you doing what God called you to do?

I ain't scared of a running chainsaw then. What you doing hiding in your honey hole? Come on now. When God called you to arise and go and take the word, God said, "Wherever the soul of your foot treads upon that have I given you." God ain't doing nothing in my world. God don't ever work in my world. That's the other family. That's the other

people. And let me give you I'm I'mma just I'm I'm just going I'm I'm giving all my trade secrets tonight. Watch this. How to be used of God. How to move out of the hole or the rut you've been stuck in before it becomes a grave. But God's called me to preach. That's way he didn't call you to preach tomorrow.

He called you to preach when you're ready. And you only get ready, one step at a time. The Bible says his word is a lamp into our path. It's a light unto our feet. One step at a time, God reveals everything you need for the next step. God reveals everything you need for the next step of your ministry. God, you don't you you you don't even know what all God's got planned for you. Did I ever in a million hundred thousand years

think I would be right here preaching to you great men? Not on my best day. But here it is because God listen threearters of you folks could have done preached a hundred times better than me. But God, because God found an ignorant old redneck that didn't know no better that just wanted to be used of God. I said, "Well, they're going somewhere. I'm I'm Don't Don't get lost here. Hang on."

God didn't deliver his goods to be hidden in a hole. We weren't chosen by God to bury uh uh his pre his presence in the ground where nobody else can receive them. We're not given his strength and ability and miraculous power to be to put it in the earth useless un unused. We were given the Holy Ghost to carry uh God to those that need God. God invested himself into us so that we could invest God into others. God poured into us so that we could pour

God into others. When we receive the Holy Ghost, it's not just for our salvation, but it is the ability to reach a lost and dying world. If we believe that God is coming back, THEN WE WOULD GET UP AND ARISE AND DO WHAT GOD HAS TOLD us to do. GOD DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE BLESSED and have a lot of cars and motorcycles. BUT WHAT GOD DOES CARE ABOUT IS SOMEBODY THAT PUSHED THE CARS AND THE MOTORCYCLES AND THE HUNTING AND THE FISHING IN FRONT OF HIS WHEEL. I'M

JUST AS REAL AS IT COMES. I'M HERE TO TELL YOU TODAY FLATFOOTED. IT'S TIME TO PUT GOD FIRST AGAIN. IT'S TIME TO PUT GOD IN HIS RIGHTFUL PLACE. IT'S TIME TO GET GOD WHERE GOD'S SUPPOSED TO BE. And let me just help somebody. You can be seated everybody except Bishop Booker.

this the top dog in the Wisconsin district and a good one. I'm glad for him. But he's he's a a he's what are you? He's an executive prespitter. So, thank you, Bishop. So, that just means God's not done with him either. He been a pastor for for a good long time, but God's not done with him

either. God's still working. He's still preaching. He's still going places. He's still working for the Lord. It means God's going to use us. Amen. God invested in us to to keep the Holy Ghost buried would be the equivalent to saying, "Lord, it was all that I could do to keep myself saved. So, I buried myself away in my own pity and sorrow." So when the Lord comes, what he put in you still there. C can can I help somebody? God said, "Take from the slothful

servant and give." That means it was still there. Oh, somebody better hear me. That means it's still there. That means the promise is still there. That means the word of God's still there. You might have buried it away. You might have tried to hide it. You might have tried to run from it. But it's still there, brothers. The devil may tell you you went, "Oh, I love beating up." The devil may HAVE TOLD YOU YOU WENT too far and you done too much, but it's still there. Somebody ought to

touch it and say, "It's still here. What God GAVE YOU IS STILL THERE. DON'T LET GOD COME AND take it away. DON'T LET SOMEBODY WILL DO IT IF YOU WON'T, BUT DON'T LET SOMEBODY YOU'VE GOT TO UNDERSTAND IT'S STILL THERE. NOW, this is where I wanted to be tonight this is and you've got to understand God God didn't give me this word to preach to

you. God gave me this word to preach to myself. I stand before you today. I'm 57 years old. Age never really has been a thing for me. I never really have cared about age too much. Just wanted to raise my family to serve God. do whatever God wanted me to do. However, when I turned 40 years old, I started to examine my life. And I started to think, is what I'm doing making a difference?

Is what I'm doing making enough of a difference? And it was then that God began to speak to me and God began to give me direction and and which of course which in course due course caused doors for the ministry that God had called me to to begin to open as I was in that season and and yet still am in that season of examining my life. You see that picture up there is not a picture that's there on accident.

That picture up there tells the story of Doug Chapman's life. I received the Holy Ghost at 14 years old and was baptized in Jesus' name under the ministry of Reverend Marvin Cole in Bulmont, Texas. A long time ago. Brother Cole was an humble, powerful man of God. But I didn't live for God still. I still wanted to do my own thing. I just didn't

understand whatever. I ended up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, running from people that I owed money to cuz it's not a good business plan to do more drugs than you sell, in case you were wondering. And I finally realized that if I'm going to if I'm going to get out of this, I've got to just turn my life over to God. And it was then that I went to Elum Tabernacle and I learned how to be a Christian

under the ministry of Emanuel Mission-minded Rogers. An absolute legend in Wisconsin. He taught me what it was to be a Christian and what it was to be a soul winner for God. And God did undeniably call me to Silsby, Texas. And I had never heard of my pastor. But it was when I got to Salsby, Texas, that I learned what it means to be called to

ministry and what it means to be a man of God and what it is to live as a man of God under the ministry of my pastor, Doug White. And his pastor, Bishop Robert Johnson. This picture was taken in Teralt, Indiana. 15 years ago. Go back to the original one, please. This picture was taken in Terod, Indiana. Bishop Johnson was reaching the

end of his life and he knew that he had just but a few months left. And brother White, my pastor, called a few of us young ministers, and he said, "Listen, I'm going to see my pastor before he passes away. And I want to know if any of you young men want to come with me and have my pastor pour into you what my pastor poured into me. What you see there are men and and some ladies. Amen.

Who made that trip on their own dying to go and sit at that table and hear that precious man of God begin to pour into us and begin to preach to us and begin to speak to us. But I never would have had that opportunity if it hadn't been for that man of God right there in my world saying, "Son, God didn't pour all this into me so that I can go around and preach on stages all over the country. God poured this into me so that I can pour it into you."

God said I didn't in God said he didn't invest all of that into me so that I can just say look what God's done for me but so that I could invest it in young men. He's a pastor. He's an evangelist. He's an evangelist. We going to talk about him. He's a pastor. He's a pastor. He's a pastor. Amen. Something happens when we invest. Watch what the scripture of God says. 1 Thessalonians chapter number two verse number eight. So being affectionately desirous of you,

we were willing to have imparted unto you not the gospel of God only, but also our own souls because you were dear to us. We're willing to invest because we care about the next generation. We're willing to invest because we realize something's been invested in me. Something's been given to me. God, not

only did God give you the Holy Ghost, but somewhere you got a man of God that prays for you and you don't even know it. Somewhere you got a man of God that preaches his guts out to you somewhere. and and and and even when you're not listening, somewhere you got a MAN OF GOD THAT STOOD AT THE GATES OF HELL AND SAID, "I WILL NOT." LET ME TELL YOU WHAT A MAN OF GOD DOES TO INVEST. I RODE IN THE TRUCK WITH BISHOP WHEN WE WENT AND PICKED UP THIS YOUNG MAN OUT OF A BAR IN

VENTON, LOUISIANA. I RODE WITH THIS MAN OF GOD AS WE WENT AND MINISTERED TO HIM. THIS MAN RIGHT HERE, PASTORS IN CHESTER, VIRGINIA. I WAS WITH BISHOP WHITE WHEN HE PICKED HIM UP BECAUSE HIS FAMILY TURNED ON HIM AND THEY BEAT THAT BOY. THEY BEAT HIM WITH THEIR HANDS BECAUSE THEY SAID, "YOU WANT TO GO TO A WHITE MAN'S CHURCH? GET out of our house." That man come and stayed at Doug Chapman's house when he didn't have nowhere else to go because I don't see

any color. God don't see any. GOD DON'T CARE WHAT COLOR YOU ARE. GOD DON'T CARE WHAT SIDE OF THE TRACKS YOU COME FROM. AND YOU BETTER NOT CARE BECAUSE GOD DON'T CARE. GOD LOVED YOU WHEN YOU WAS A SINNER. AND SIN DON'T HAVE A COLOR. SIN DON'T HAVE A NATIONALITY. SIN DON'T HAVE A RACE. IT'S SIN. AND GOD HATES SIN. BUT GOD LOVES PEOPLE.

GOD LOVES MEN JUST LIKE YOU AND ME. AND GOD WANTS TO USE MEN just like you and me. Give me just a second. Give me just a couple more minutes. I had men like Ed Hayes. Brother Hayes, where you at? I had men like Brother Hayes. I I was bishop. I was a new cre I was a new

pastor or a new Christian. We signed up for three-hour prayer meetings at Elim back IN THE DAY. I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE ONLY SUPPOSED TO PRAY 15 minutes and talk for two. I didn't know that's I was praying for three hours. Brother Hayes was walking out after his prayer time and Brother Hayes, God spoke to him and he went out to his car and he came back in and up interrupted my prayer. You

believe somebody do that? Interrupted my prayer and said, "Hey bro, God spoke to me and he gave me a he gave me a book on intercessory prayer by Denzel Holesman. It's men like that that poured into my life. It's men like that that poured INTO MY LIFE. THEY'VE GIVEN THEIR LIFE TO THE MINISTRY AND THEY'VE INVESTED IN ME. WHO WOULD I BE? WHAT KIND OF MAN WOULD I BE IF I TOOK WHAT

WAS INVESTED IN ME AND I JUST HID MY HEAD IN THE SAND? BECAUSE IT'S HARD. Tell somebody in this place, I ain't come to lie to you. MINISTRY CAN BE HARD. MINISTRY CAN HURT. Ministry will cut you deeper than you've EVER BEEN CUT BEFORE. BUT IT'S WORTH IT TO BE CUT IF SOMEBODY FINDS GOD.

BURDENS CAN BE HEAVY, BUT IT'S WORTH CARRYING THOSE BURDENS. IF GOD CAN USE YOU, she pays because of the investment. God called me to come and PASTOR THE CHURCH THAT YOU STARTED. HE PLANTED that church IN WEST DALLAS. HE DUG IT OUT OF THE GROUND WHEN OTHER men couldn't dig a work OUT OF THERE. HE BUILT THE CHURCH IN THAT CITY. I JUST CAME BEHIND HIM and God's blessing us.

We baptized seven people, eight people in the last two months. Don't happen all the time, but when it does happen, it's nice. Bishop Hayes, you've carried a weight for a long time. You carried a weight for a long time, my friend. And you've always been my friend, and I've always appreciated what you've put into me. No matter if I acted like it or not, I appreciate it. You know what Bishop Hayes did? He didn't just invest in me. He didn't

just start a church. Dez, where you at? You in here. Stand up. Dez, this audio, a young man that's been coming off and on to our church for years when it was brother Hayes. You know what? You know what Bishop Hayes did? Bishop Hayes says, "Dez been coming back around the church a little bit. Thank God." Bishop Hayes said, "Hey, you know what?" He said, "I want to invest in you." He said, "You want to come to men's camp with me?" Buddy, would you come to men's camp with me? I I'd love

to and I'll pay for it and and God brought Dez. That's somebody that's investing in you, buddy. That's somebody that's giving something to you and pouring some. When he visited you in that correctional facility, that was him investing in you. When he preached to you, that was him investing in you. Now, you've got a weight to carry. And Noah came in my office service after service after service and he prayed with me and he was sincere. He's got some issues in his world now, mostly due to his family. But

I got men like Pastor James Lamro who just recently passed away that gave their life to the ministry and they broke chains that I can stand here today because they broke devils to pave the way for us to be.

It's challenging. It's demanding on us. But it's the investments that's been put in you that's going to cause you to be able to put investments in others that are going to make a difference. generations can't steal your calling, I meant that generations of lies cannot steal the truth out OF YOUR SOUL. WHAT'S BEEN PLACED THERE, WHAT'S BEEN INVESTED THERE, WHAT'S BEEN PUT INTO YOUR WORLD. CARE OF THE WISCONSIN DISTRICT LIKE THESE men taking care of the Wisconsin district? Well, God, I'm not scared to I don't want to go to hell, but I don't live in fear of going to hell. I live because I want to go to heaven. What I worry about is what's been invested in me. Is there going to be a return on that? Mary and Harris, my pastor's wife's dad, brother Clone. Mary

and Harris pastored in Clintonville, Wisconsin out of Calvary in Indianapolis. Passed from this earth. And as a young preacher, I made a promise to him. Brother Harris, the doctrine's safe. that have had a burden for moving in the call of God, but did not have the resources to get it done. The Lord dealt with me a moment ago and he said, "I'm going to release the resources to get the vision accomplished." And the scripture that the Lord gave me was that he gives seed to the swer.
